STEP 2 – Tugg will find an available theater in your area and confirm dates that match your needs.
STEP 3 – Start your marketing campaign and get ready for your screening. A "best practices guide" will be emailed to you.
Q: Why is this sponsorship program being offered?
A: Because we wanted to take a grass-roots and community orientated approach to distributing this film. Rather than hand it off to a traditional film distributor and walk away (which is how distribution for independent films is typically handled), we want to partner with motorcycle dealerships, riding groups and other organizations that are in the local communities to help us roll out this film to audiences everywhere.
Q: Why is there a sponsorship fee to get this film in theaters?
A: The sponsorship fee is to cover the costs associated with us booking a local theater and administering all the support services so that the showing is turn-key and as effortless as possible.
Q: Are tickets included in these sponsorships?
A: Yes. On average there are 100 tickets included in these sponsorships for the sponsoring dealer or organization to hand out and disperse as they please. The exact number of tickets will fluctuate depending on theater size, location and date of screening. The rest of the tickets for the showing are then made available for public purchase.
Q: Can the sponsor do a private screening?
A: Yes. Please contact us for that pricing.
Q: In what type of movie theaters can THE ART OF MOTO be shown?
A: Almost every type of theater. We have a team in place to handle the logistics of reaching out to the theater and arranging a date that works for everyone. Please note most theaters need a 4-8 week lead time to program a film into their schedule.
Q: What are the marketing assets available to help the sponsor promote their screening?
A: Depending on the package chosen, there is a wide array of resources to help the sponsor promote their screening from logos and imagery for email campaigns to movie posters and other marketing materials.
